Although we know things can pop up at the last minute, we work hard to keep our business running smoothly and to manage our bookings we have a 24 hour cancellation policy; cancelling with notice gives us time to refill the appointment with clients who are waiting and so not to lose out on business.
We require 24 hour notice to cancel, failure to do so will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No shows or last minute cancellation/reschedule will require full payment of the scheduled service cost.
New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking an appointment, this will be deducted from the service bill on the day of appointment. If the appointment is rearranged within 24 hours, the deposit will be retained. Late cancellation or no show will result in losing the deposit.
Future appointments will not be bookable until payment is received.
